When did you start crocheting/knitting, and why?

I learned to crochet as a child and picked up knitting as an adult. I love being able to make beautiful pieces out of delicious, yummy yarn.”

What are your favorite items to create and why?

I’m still exploring this area but I can say I love to make hats, shawls, and sweaters.

Tell us about a design you are particularly proud of, and what sets it apart from the crowd?

“I’m super proud of The Bethel Beanie. It is my first hat pattern, my first ever TITR pattern and I really love how makers have enjoyed it. It will remain in my heart for a really long time!”

Will you show us your contribution to the December MAL!

Tell us a few features of this design and what you love about it?

“This pattern is beginner-friendly and includes a chart to make the snowflake. I love that it is simple and easy to work up.”

Do you make other things besides yarn art? What are your hobbies or other products in your business?

“In addition to yarn art, I enjoy cooking African & Italian dishes.”

Tell me something about you that you want other people to know, or that you wish more people understood?

“I love yarn and after many years of searching for what was missing in my life, I’m glad that I found yarn and that I get to work with yarn every day to design patterns, to make all the things, connect with other makers and so much more! I’m also grateful for the opportunity to teach my children the joy of making!”
