SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
Ila Quinn Designs ships USPS in any of the 6 shipping categories available from this provider (may vary based on location). We most often ship either ground (5-7 days on average) or Priority (2-3 days on average) based on which will be the most accurate to shipping costs and arrival times.
Pre-made items such as stitch markers will be shipped within 3 business days. Custom items such as costumes and other wearables will be shipped within 2 weeks, or at the time agreed upon.​
Once the item has shipped, a notification will be sent to the email provided with the tracking number and any other necessary information!

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns on physical items are accepted within 30 days. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and any loss in value from damage to the item/s due to use or neglect. If exchanging item/s the new item/s will be shipped after the original has been received by Ila Quinn Designs.
Digital items are not eligible for returns due to the nature of these items.
